Pelican receives a special award

A Year 2 Pelican pupil has achieved the highest award available in the Beaver Scouts - the Chief Scout's Bronze Award.
This prestigious badge is achieved by completing all 6 of the extensive 'Challenge' badges in Beaver Scouting:
· Creative Challenge (learning how things work & being creative)
· Fitness Challenge (learning about & taking part in activities for agility, fitness & health)
· Friendship Challenge (caring for & learning about different people at home & abroad)
· Global Challenge (learning about different cultures, world scouting & the environment)
· Outdoor Challenge (exploring the Great Outdoors)
· Promise Challenge (keeping the Beaver Promise & learning right and wrong)
