TennisTennis is offered as a main sport in the summer term and is popular with senior girls. The creation of the second Astro pitch has meant that there are now 16 Astro tennis courts as well as one all weather hard court. Recreational tennis and team tennis are both offered during the term.

There are a number of tennis coaches on the staff and we also use professional coaches from outside which introduce new and varied techniques.

Enthusiasm, good sportsmanship and teamwork are fostered within the sport and all students will be given coaching to enthuse and challenge them at their level.

Team tennis fixtures are played mid-week and Saturdays, against a competitive opposition. A majority of fixtures are played as doubles.
